Vickie is Chief Financial Officer at LWM, bringing a strong analytical foundation from her Mathematics & Statistics degree (2015) and over eight years of experience in financial leadership within the group. Since joining LWM in 2016, she has played a key role in managing the company’s financial strategy, governance, and reporting, with a particular focus on property and investment portfolios.

Currently studying towards her ACCA qualification, Vickie is committed to continuous professional development to further enhance her strategic and technical expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, and taking part in weekly gym classes.

Adam is Chief Investment Officer at LWM, overseeing the company’s investment strategy and execution. With a proven ability to identify, structure, and execute high-performing investment opportunities, he plays a central role in shaping LWM’s portfolio and delivering sustainable returns.
